Paper slip sheets can be designed with multiple lips, and this type has a single lip. Compared to multi-lip versions, it allows for faster positioning and operation, reducing loading and unloading time. Its simpler structure also translates to lower production costs.

Like multi-lip versions, it offers strong load-bearing capacity. Despite being only 0.6mm-1.2mm thick, it can support up to 1.5 tons, is resistant to crushing, and is reusable. We use environmentally friendly materials that are 100% recyclable and biodegradable, meeting international environmental standards and requiring no special treatment upon recycling.

Q: Can the lip position and angle of the single-lipped slip sheet be customized?

A: Yes. The standard lip is located on the long side by default. If your forklift equipment requires it, we can also customize it to a single short side, a beveled long side, or other special positions. The default angle is a 90° right-angle lip, but a 120° blunt-angle lip can be customized to accommodate curved push-pull devices.

Q: Can this paper sheet be used in cold chain transportation?

A: You can choose to discuss with Yilida, and use upgraded materials in production for your sheets, such as low-temperature-resistant kraft paper with surface treatment. So then it is put in the cold chain, there will be less prone to cracking at low temperatures. Combined with our low-temperature-resistant wax-impregnated waterproof cartons, it can better support cold chain logistics storage and transportation.
