Push-Pull Paper Sheet

When multiple layers of high-strength, high-toughness composite kraft paper are laminated with environmentally friendly glue and edged with corresponding lips, they create push-pull paper sheets with exceptional load-bearing capacity. They are resistant to tearing, crushing, or puncturing during the pushing and pulling of goods. They are also moisture-resistant, making them ideal for use in warehouses and logistics.

Product Features

Each push-pull paper sheet has a thickness ranging from 0.6mm to 1.2mm, making it lightweight, portable, and easy to store, saving storage and transport space and far more convenient than wooden or plastic pallets. Mechanically designed and rigorously tested, each sheet can withstand dynamic loads of up to 1 ton or even 1.5 tons, with even higher static loads. The smooth surface reduces friction for smoother handling.

Unlike wooden pallets, these paper pallets require no fumigation, are FSC certified, meet international standards, and are fully recyclable. The final size, thickness, and push-pull edge configuration can be customized.

Product Usage Recommendations

Push-Pull Paper Sheets can be reused until completely discarded. After each use, inspect the surface for tears, wrinkles, or stains. Minor stains that do not affect use can be reused. However, if the sheet's tray is dented or torn, it should be discarded. Yilida recommends that you reuse each sheet no more than 10 times, and especially for sheets with increased weight capacity and thickness, no more than 15 times.

Discarded paper sheets should be reclassified as waste paper and recycled according to standard recycling procedures. The surface-treated waterproof wax coating does not affect degradation.
