The four-sided lip design of the Four-Lipped Slip Sheet provides 360-degree loading and unloading capabilities, with balanced load distribution on all four sides, preventing slippage and tipping during cargo movement. It's suitable for loading and unloading cargo weighing 1-1.5 tons and can be loaded from multiple directions.
Product Features
Paper slip sheets with lips on all four sides offer stronger flexibility than single- or double-sided designs, eliminating directional and positional restrictions. In warehousing and logistics, if the loading and unloading of cargos occurs within containers or in narrow warehouse aisles, this four-sided lip design allows for push and pull operations on each side, no need to adjust the position of forklift equipment.
The Four-Lipped Slip Sheet can be used in a wide temperature range. Our cardboard treatment process is both low- and high-temperature resistant, ensuring the sheet can withstand transportation and storage environments ranging from -40°C to 60°C and is waterproof and moisture-resistant. Yilida supports one-stop customization, with the lip designs customizable in thickness and size, offering 80% greater adaptability than standard slip sheets.
How to use a four-lipped slip sheet?
When using a paper slip sheet, first position the cargo, aligning the center of the paper sheet to avoid leaning to one side. Then, place the push-pull mechanism on the forklift near one of the lips. Once the hooks engage and close, gently pull to test if it's suitable to continue to the next step, if they remain firmly in place, then can start the loading or unloading. You can then proceed to lift the cargo, but avoid lifting it too high, as this may cause the cargo to tilt. Then, proceed with the lift at a slow, steady speed.
After loading or unloading, stabilize the paper sheet and cargo, release the hooks on the push-pull mechanism, and wait until the cargo is completely stationary before exiting the forklift.
