Production Process

Yilida's factory uses multiple layers of high-strength, high-toughness composite kraft paper. After mechanical design and testing, each two-lipped slip sheet can withstand static and dynamic loads of one ton or more, ensuring safe and stable cargo transportation.

Both the cardboard and the glue used are environmentally friendly and biodegradable. To ensure smooth loading and unloading, the factory can laminate one or both sides to enhance waterproofing and reduce friction.
