Product Features

Kraft Paper Push-Pull Slip Sheet is a thin, sheet-like cargo platform that can replace traditional wooden or plastic pallets, enabling the same unitized transport. It boasts exceptionally high tensile strength and toughness. We typically produce sheets with a thickness between 0.6mm and 1.2mm, and a single sheet can carry loads of 1 ton or even over 1.5 tons, with even higher static loads.

It must be used with a forklift equipped with a push-pull mechanism, positioned between the cargo and the truck floor. It is lightweight, environmentally friendly, and safe, reducing transportation costs.

1. Comparison with Wooden Pallets

When making the comparison between wooden pallets and paper slip sheets, one notable difference is thickness. Paper sheets are 1/200th the thickness of traditional wooden pallets, and this can significantly save storage space. This factor directly impacts weight and volume at the same time, which ultimately impacts price. Clearly, paper pallets are more cost-effective than wooden pallets. Furthermore, paper pallets do not require fumigation, making them more compliant with environmental regulations.
