Qingdao Yilida Packaging has conducted a special training on the FSC Supply and Demand Chain Management System.

Recently, on June 20th, our company held a special training and mobilization meeting for FSC production and sales supervision chain certification within the company. During this training, everyone in the company gained a deeper understanding of the compliance management of forest resources. This FSC audit will continuously enhance our supply chain management capabilities and solidify our qualification for accessing the overseas high-end market.

This certification is widely applied to various export businesses such as paper corner guards, paper tubes, corrugated boxes, waxed packaging boxes for fresh agricultural products, and custom paper packaging. For enterprises' products to enter the international market, this is an indispensable certification and also an important entry threshold for overseas buyers. This training was led by the system standard department, focusing on core contents such as raw material procurement, physical isolation during the production process, and sales traceability. It provided knowledge explanations and process training for all employees of the company.

After this training concludes, the sales and purchasing departments will further standardize the FSC labels on the outbound documents and invoices. For exported products, there must be an FSC logo. The raw materials we purchase correspondingly also need to have FSC certification to ensure product traceability. Additionally, the company's logistics department will comprehensively improve and inspect the compliance indicators such as fire safety and labor protection in the factory area, in order to create a safe and healthy working environment for the employees. Based on this special training and the implementation of the system, during the subsequent third-party audit process, the audit teachers asked questions about the basic knowledge of the company's employees. The internal staff of our company were able to respond fluently, and this audit had no non-compliances and was successfully passed. We truly achieved the perfect implementation and effective operation of the audit standards.
