Implement Practical Training and Standardize Operation Procedures

To enhance the professional skills of front-line production staff, further standardize operation processes, and strengthen employees' safety awareness, Yilida Packaging specially held a safety training session. Employees jointly studied the safety regulations. This meeting covered all employees within the company and focused on core topics such as practical operation of positions, safety norms, professional ethics, and business collaboration.

During the training session, the company's manager emphasized the precautions and operation procedures for various equipment such as paper corner protectors and honeycomb panels, and reminded each employee to stay away from the equipment when the machine is operating. It is not allowed to analyze while the machine is running, and one must ensure their own safety. The training session lasted for 2 hours. During the meeting, employees actively discussed and raised problems they believed might occur in their work. They exchanged views on difficult points, process optimization, and material usage. The manager answered each question one by one.

At the end of the meeting, Manager Gao motivated the employees, emphasizing that employees are the core force driving the development of the company. We must provide high-quality products to the buyers, and the company will fully support employees in achieving the advancement of Maslow's hierarchy of needs.
