Kraft Paper Edge Protector is a versatile packaging product used to protect edges and corners, can be used on various goods, including but not only for furniture, glass, and large machinery and equipment. It can reinforce and protect edges and corners, preventing damage during loading, unloading, transportation, and storage.

Production Process

In addition to six paper edge protector production lines at Yilida factory, we are equipped with online printing equipment and a large, independent drying room. These automated production lines enable large-scale production, and our products have consistent quality, obey the high standard.

We use 100% recyclable, high-strength kraft paper with a basis weight range of 180-200 g/m² and a moisture content controlled at 8.5%±1.5%. Both materials and products undergo physical property testing before and after processing to ensure compliance with international standards. During the kraft paper lamination process, the actual indentation accuracy is ±0.2mm, and the slitting tolerance is ±1mm. The final product is ISO9001 certified, PONY tested, and FSC certified.
