To ensure a good start and a smooth progress for the entire year's safety work, and to guarantee timely supply to the purchasers, all employees should realize the importance of safety. Recently, Qingdao Yilida Packaging organized a safety training activity with the theme of "Strengthening Safety, Starting Smoothly" in the meeting room. Specialized training was conducted for the packaging workshop and front-line workers.

This training was closely combined with the company's actual situation, focusing on equipment operation procedures, fire safety, electrical safety, and the wearing of labor protection equipment. It also corrected and warned with typical cases, reminding all employees to prioritize safety. Then, the training teacher imparted some first aid knowledge, so that in case of emergencies, they could take correct emergency measures.

After the theoretical training, all the participants moved to the paper tube production workshop for on-site practical exercises. Under the guidance of the safety officer, they conducted first aid drills and daily machine inspections as well as operation procedures. The safety officer constantly emphasized the need to eliminate the mentality of taking risks and to follow safety regulations in work. Everyone actively participated, and the atmosphere on the spot was very lively. Through the "finger-pointing and verbal confirmation" method, the learned knowledge was further consolidated. At the end of the activity, all the employees involved in packaging operations solemnly signed their names on the banner reading "Strengthen safety and start smoothly".

After the training, the company's safety management team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the production workshop, storage area, power distribution facilities, and fire-fighting equipment. They focused on checking the operating status of the equipment, the safety of the wiring, the smoothness of the passageways, and the correct stacking of materials. They established a hazard ledger, set a rectification deadline, and implemented closed-loop management to firmly prevent situations where equipment operates with faults or personnel perform tasks with faults.
